www.kewelectrical.co.uk is operated by KEW Electrical Distributors Ltd, Head office is at Unit 2, Chapel Road, Portslade, East Sussex, BN41 2LP.

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 You will have access to all areas of this Website without registering your details with us. 1.2 KEW Electrical may change or update these terms and conditions at any time by updating this information. By using this website you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

2. PLACING AN ORDER

2.1 Placing an order is done via our online checkout, during this process you can check any details on the order and correct as necessary. An order acknowledgement will be sent to you detailing the products you have ordered.
2.2 An order is seen to be accepted once the order has been despatched. 2.3 An order may be refused if: (a) goods are not available within a reasonable time frame; (b) payment authorization cannot be obtained; (c) if there is a price or product description error.
2.4 At present we only deliver to addresses within the UK Mainland, and other areas upon request.

3. PRICING POLICY

3.1 We reserve the right to show prices without VAT, but will show VAT separately and include it in the total price upon invoice.
3.2 Some items will incur extra packaging and delivery costs due to their size and weight, please consult our delivery information for charges.
3.3 Our prices are reviewed on a regular basis and updated as and when manufacturers’ trade prices change.

4. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

4.1 If you wish to cancel your order before it has been despatched you can notify us by email to online@kewelectrical.co.uk. If you wish to return goods, either unwanted or faulty, please consult our returns section on the homepage.

4.2 Goods that have been returned but upon inspection have been used and are not faulty will not be refunded.

4.3 NO goods are supplied on a sale or return basis.

5. SERVICE ACCESS

5.1 This website is normally available for use 24 hours a day; we will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
5.2 Access to this Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.

6. REGISTRATION

6.1 You must be over eighteen years of age to register with www.kewelectrical.co.uk. 6.2 Each registration is for a single user only. We do not allow users to share user names and passwords or with multiple users on a network.
6.3 Responsibility for the security of any passwords issued rests with you and if you know or suspect that someone else knows your password, you should contact us immediately.
6.4 Breach of any obligations set up in these terms and conditions on your part may mean we suspend or cancel your registration without notice.
